Yummy Creamy Recipes
For all those out there who hold nuttiness for cream like
me, here I have two amazing cram recipes which you can easily try at your
place.
- Gnocchi with Chicken, Feta and Green Beans
This flavorful dish is Greek inspired dish; the unique
point of this recipe is it pretty fast in its production.
Ingredients:
Boneless, Skinless chicken breasts (stripped) - 2
Garlic - 2 cloves
Minced dried oregano - 1 tsp
Quarter tsp salt
Quarter tsp pepper
Cream - 1 and a half cup
Store-brought potato gnocchi - 1 lb
Frozen peas - half cup
Green beans (cut in half diagonally) - 2 cups
Crumbled Canadian Feta (3 quarters of a cup)
Chopped fresh mint - half cup
Preparation:
Take a skillet with maximum capacity. On a medium-high
heat, melt butter and sauté chicken with oregano, garlic, salt and pepper for at
least 6 to 8 minutes until lightly brown with no pinkish shade inside. After
adding cream to the pan, coat chicken by stirring. When done, turn off the
fire.
Take a large pot with salted water. Boil it for a while
and add beans and gnocchi to get cooked for approximately 2 minutes. Now add
peas and cook till the gnocchi begins to float. It will possibly take duration
of one minute. When done, drain off the water. Add cream to the left over
mixture and cook it over medium fire for almost 2 minutes until the mixture is
perfectly coated with cream. Lastly, stir in Fea and mint.
Serve it well!
- Ginger Panna Cotta with fresh berries
It is a delicious and creamy recipe. It takes you to the
journey of a new world of taste.
Ingredients:
Cream - 3 cups
Chopped peeled ginger - 8 slices
Granulated sugar - 1/3 cups
Unflavored gelatin - 1 envelope
Vanilla - half tsp
Cold water - 2 tbsp
Berries - half cup
Preparation:
Take a saucepan of medium size with cream and add sugar
and ginger. Stir it properly and cook it on medium-high fire for approximately
10 minute, allowing the ginger to infuse flavor. Strain the prepared mixture
while press on the ginger in a large cup. When done, discard ginger.
Take a small bowl of water with sprinkled gelatin on it. Allow it to get soften for about a minute. Completely dissolve this gelatin mixture into hot cream and stir in vanilla.
Finally, place 6 custard cups having a capacity of 125ml
on a baking sheet. Pour the cream mixture and allow them to cool down at room
temperature. Later, refrigerate them overnight. Stay Healthy!
